SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
- Shipping Cost: $12.00 for all orders within the United States
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.
Shipping Zones: We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at lapiullc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
